As you are walking through your day do you feel confined, or do you feel liberated? It is an easy question, really. Are you living a life that you want or are you living a life you think you should be living? How often do you take a risk and step out into the unknown and uncharted area? It is not unusual for most of us to stay in the 'safety zone.' It is easier. There is less unknown. There is predictability, which face it most of us thrive on. Today, I challenge you to take a tiny step into the uncharted area and do one thing outside of your routine. Take notice how it changes your mood, the rest of your day and guides you into a new challenge going forward.
