In order to walk into our unique identity we must be willing to evolve and transform. Are you living the journey that mirrors who you are at your core? As each year passes, I find more ways to be truer to myself. To evolve is to challenge ourselves from sitting in what is safe; to live passionately embracing change. To transform is to own our path; to live fully in each step we walk. Come together with diverse women to engage and honor this unique time in our lives. This retreat seeks to lift each other up through story, rest, and nurturing modalities. A time to hold sacred space, support one another emotionally and spiritually. I had the most wonderful weekend with Andrea at her beach retreat recently! The other women and I were given the “gift” of opportunities for reflection, growth and sharing, as well as moments for solitude, beach walks, massage and Yoga on the beach! In addition, Andrea thoughtfully prepared delicious and healthy meals for us to enjoy. As with her day retreats, she put so much loving and personal attention into every detail.
