This is my daughter from about ten years ago...

I love it so much for she embodied love, gratitude, and beauty in this moment.

Nothing defined her, but HER.

Thankfully, she still does her best to fight the world around her today, trying to measure her beauty by size, appearance, accomplishments and more.

She is our constant reminder to pause, look in the mirror and envision the younger you. Honor her/him in THIS moment every day!

Love your body for all the things it is and does for you in this moment.

You are more than the shell that you live in, you are more.
