We grow up thinking that there’s a timeframe of when we are supposed to do this or that. Then we evolve into the person we are meant to become and realize that we are always becoming. Honestly this is the hard look into oneself and the deep thoughts, the processing, the courage to walk into ourselves to live a fuller journey… essentially what my retreats are about.
