3 Minute Retreat - Mercy

Mercy: compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone. 
I thought I could touch on some aspects of the true action which Mercy asks of us.

We are often being called to let go of wounded pasts, give kindness to the stranger next to us, and truly share of our spiritual journey with those walking on the road.


How often at those times are we too busy to recognize mercy?


Every day there are people in the world needing compassion; every day those same people are often alone and isolated.


Can you turn to the person next to you who may be struggling on their own journey and offer mercy freely without judgement?

Why is it so hard to accept others and more importantly yourself for who you are and where you are in your life?
