What You ExperienceGather Circles & Ceremony: I love bringing women together of all ages in intimate circles to meet each other in the moment. A safe place we build to journey in reflection with moments of release & letting go to setting intentions towards finding your path. Meditation & Mindfulness: I introduce simple, non-intrusive tools for meditation & mindfulness throughout our time; a gentle introduction into the practice of Mindful Eating at our community meals, you learn to reconnect with your body embracing your balance. Approachable practices for beginners & masters of the art. Yoga Practice: I search out our Professional Yoga Instructors with great care, choosing who will create a symmetrical balance with our weekend. Our amazing instructors start each morning, meeting people where they are no matter their mobility, new or practiced to this art form. Journal, Art & Reflection: You can realize new paths to explore as I introduce creative outlets for your own personal introspection throughout the weekend. These activities guide us to conversations & bonding that open up our journeys. Quiet & Rest: You will find a perfect balance of rest, relaxation, & renew on our retreats. An introduction to silence at the beginning & end of our days guides us back to our peaceful core. Whole Food Organic Meals: There is attentive focus in creating whole food organic fresh meals prepared by a seasoned chef, catering to all dietary needs.
