Meditation & Mindfulness:
I introduce simple, non-intrusive tools for meditation and mindfulness throughout our time; a gentle introduction as you learn to reconnect with your body embracing your balance in a serene nature setting on the river. Approachable practices for beginners and masters of the art. A perfect balance of rest, relaxation, and renew.
Yoga & Reiki Session:
I search out Professional Yoga Instructors and Reiki Masters with great care, choosing who will create a symmetrical balance with our time together. Our amazing collaborators are wonderful meeting people where they are no matter their mobility, new or practiced to these art forms.
Journal, Art & Reflection:
You can realize new paths to explore as I introduce simple creative outlets for your own personal introspection to take with you. These activities guide us to conversations and bonding that open our journeys.
Whole Food Catered Lunch:
There is an attentive focus in creating whole food organic fresh meals prepared by a seasoned chef, catering to all dietary needs.
