This workshop is one close to my heart.
It came towards the end of my recovery when a therapist challenged us to write a map, a pledge if you will, for the journey we were about to step on into the world. It seemed so much bigger to me at that moment, it seemed impossible.
Every time I tried to create any idea of what I wanted for a future, it felt like a set up for failure. Then as I sat down and began writing, it was a gift that came forth. Something greater than myself took the reins and my Pledge flowed ever so eloquently and personally onto the paper. It has been my guide ever since.
In this day workshop I will walk you through this process with guided meditation, art, and time for reflection.
