"I participated in 'Hungry Souls, Starving Spirituality' recently, and I would highly recommend this style of retreat if you need time to think, talk, draw, paint, read. The sessions allowed time for personal exploration and intention setting under the nurturing but non pressured guidance of Andrea. The food was excellent, way more nutritious and interesting than regular retreat fare! The location was excellent, yoga and meditation on the beach also added a lot to the whole weekend. Go on the next retreat!"

We strive daily to walk each step, honoring the path which we are called to follow, in all that we do.
Spirituality has so many different definitions for each individual. It brings to the surface a multitude of what I call Soul Directives. It is our personal responsibility to discover which path is ours and own it in mind, body, and spirit.
When we can learn to embrace the important steps that I bring out, we come full circle learning how to find our breath, and define our spiritual story, which is our birthright.
Walking a lifelong journey towards feeding our hungry souls and our spiritual self, this retreat will allow one to move forward to the path which you are truly called.

- How often do you truly pause in the busyness of life?
- How often do you allow yourself to quiet your mind and body to really listen within your soul?
