Just what I needed!
Peace - quiet - time!
Set in the beautiful Appalachian mountains, coffee in silence as I gazed upon the fog-infused mountains, I was spoiled by the wholesome meals and moments of movement in yoga.
Andrea led a perfectly-paced, relaxing retreat, focused on mindfulness of self. I was thankful that I took the time to treat myself.
