This past weekend I attended the Awakened Living Mountain Fall Retreat in Sylva, NC. It was amazing, the Host-Event Planner Andrea is amazing, everything was perfect from the gourmet meals she cooked for us, the yoga and Herbalist instructors were amazing with their knowledge and practice. All the activities, including quiet time for reading the material she gave us at tables and our own folders, the questions for journaling at the completion of each activity helped you think and process what is going on with your life. I recommend to anyone to go on one of her workshops, retreats, she even plans private customized retreats for you and your group. Thank you so much, I look forward to the next event.

I don't think many of us could say a resounding yes to all of these questions daily or even on occasion. Life around us today seems to ask so much more than it ever did, and we are not always finding our way back to ourselves at the end of the day.
If we don't begin with personal wellbeing, rest, and intuitive awareness around our bodies, then we cannot walk into all that we need with balance and sufficient energy needed to live fully.
