I attended one of Andrea's retreats near Topsail beach and it was such an enriching experience. She takes care of every detail and truly ensures all retreat participants can unplug, connect, and be present for the weekend. She planned and prepared amazing meals and a serene environment. There were incredibly well thought-out activities with fantastic opportunities for mindfulness, rest, and reflection. She brought in both a delightful yoga instructor and a massage therapist to further foster holistic healing moments.
